Once your order is received we ship it out within 2 working days from our warehouse.

Once you receive the tracking number for your order it takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery depending on your location. For a more accurate delivery status you can track the order online, on our delivery partner website using the tracking no provided in "Order Shipped" email.

USA
Once you receive the tracking number for your order it takes 10 to 12 business days for delivery depending on your location. We also offer express shipping option for an additional charge. You will receive the available shipping options at the time of check out. If you aren’t present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you via SMS /Call. Total of 3 attempts will be made, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center and your refund will be reversed to your bank account if the order is prepaid. Unfortunately we cannot redeliver the same shipment. If you wish, you can re-order the same or similar item depending on the stock availability.
