How do I place a return request?

You can return products purchased from us within 15 days of receiving the product. Items on ‘final sale’ are also not eligible for returns. To return a product, reply to the original order email mentioning the reason for your return OR write to us at customercare@beebayonline.com mentioning your order no. Our customer care executive will reach out to you in 1 to 2 business days.

How do I replace an item?

For replacement of an delivered item, you are requested to place an new order. Simultaneously raise a request for return of the original product for refund back to your bank account. Once we receive the return and it passes our quality check refund will be provided within 5-7 working days.

What do I do if my address is not eligible for pickup?

In case your area pincode is not eligible for pick-up, please self-ship the product to us. The product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags must be intact. Please pack the product with the order invoice and tax invoice in the return packet. In the absence of the invoice, please mention the order number and your phone number on a piece of paper along with the package.
