Returns/Cancels
We accept returns subject to the following conditions
- Return request will be entertained up to 20 days after the purchase date.
- Proper authorization from Beebay is mandatory for any refund or credit. All credits and/or refunds are subject to approval by Beebay.
- Merchandise should not have been used / worn.
- Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee if the purchase or shipment is due to customer error.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return except in the case it is an error on the part of Beebay. Please send a copy of all postal and insurance receipts and retain the originals for your records.
- If a coupon or loyalty points were applied toward the payment of your purchase, you will receive a refund or credit for only the portion of the purchase that you were charged for.
In order to return your purchase, please send an email to customercare@beebayonline.com requesting for a Return Merchandise Authorization number along with a reason for return. Mention your order number in all your communications
